Ordering & Customisation

If you've seen an item from another collection and would love it with a different print, or you're looking for one of our colour options such as black or lavender, please get in touch. If it's available, I'll be more than happy to accommodate your request and create something that's just right for you.

Personalisation:

If you'd like initials added to your kit, simply leave the details in the notes section at the cart or checkout. I'm happy to personalise any product on request.

I have received queries of group category names on kit. Not everyone wanted Tornadoes, performance or Hurricanes printed on the kit , due to potential of changing groups. If you wound like your group category adding above the Shield, please add in notes to the order. 

Email Updates:

Please sign up to my email list when placing your order. This allows me to keep you updated on lead times, order progress, and any queries directly, making communication quicker and easier without relying on a third party. This will also allow you to be alerted to future drops and any potential discounts. 

Collection & Delivery

You can choose the option that suits you best at checkout:

  • Local collection from my home in the Raunds area.
  • FREE local delivery within Wellingborough, Raunds and Rushden.
  • Delivery to all other areas is £2.99.

Lead Times

As each order is carefully prepared, please allow approximately 3 weeks for completion, plus any applicable shipping time. While I always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, lead times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that I operate a no returns policy unless an item is faulty.

In the unlikely event an item arrives with a fault, don't hesitate to get in touch with me as soon as possible so I can resolve the issue. I do offer exchanges, and I'll always do my best to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
